About

I’ve spent 25 years operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—building companies, leading corporate development for major financial institutions, and most recently founding Arrangr, an AI-powered intelligent scheduling platform designed to eliminate the friction of coordinating meetings.

My career has evolved across two tracks that rarely intersect: the rigor of large-scale corporate strategy—M&A, acquisition integration, and financial modeling at FleetBoston and Kessler Financial—and the grit of building from zero, having founded or co-founded multiple ventures spanning e-commerce, healthtech, and SaaS. What connects them is a consistent focus on execution: translating strategy into programs, programs into measurable outcomes, and outcomes into sustained growth.

At Arrangr, I lead a cross-functional team building what I believe is the next layer of professional infrastructure—not just scheduling tools, but an intelligent orchestration layer for time. We’ve shipped AI-first capabilities for conflict resolution, meeting prioritization, and autonomous coordination. I’ve also been an active voice on the guardrails required for responsible agentic AI, publishing frameworks and speaking at C-level and CISO leadership forums on the gap between AI promise and production-ready infrastructure.

Prior to Arrangr, I scaled Alex & Me Company into the largest multi-brand U.S. internet retailer of UPF apparel, achieving 118% compound annual revenue growth over four years. Earlier, I led corporate venturing at Kessler Financial and managed M&A engagements at FleetBoston, completing transactions across financial services, technology, and international markets.

I hold an MBA/MSIA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, where I founded the Venture Capital Club and received the Entrepreneurship Leadership Award, and a B.S. with distinction in Finance from Babson College.

Based in Chester, CT, I’m available for speaking engagements, advisory roles, and strategic conversations at the intersection of AI, productivity, and platform monetization.
